Brian Dorey | President

Brian has been helping organizations improve performance for more than 25 years. In co-founding Westwind Performance, he has applied the lessons learned from his experience as an award winning  consultant at a leading international consulting firm, and as co-founder of a management consultancy based in Western Canada.

Brian has led scores of performance improvement projects and facilitated senior management workshops for more than 30 forestry, mining, steel, plastics and manufacturing companies in Canada and the U.S., presented numerous papers at trade shows and conferences, and published articles in leading industry journals and newspapers, including the Globe and Mail.

Dave Willetts | Managing Partner
Home: West Vancouver, BC

Dave’s achievements over the past 20 years have included project managing performance turnarounds that helped increase mine production by 28 percent, saved a sawmill an estimated $20 million and significantly improved safety and quality at a steel mill. He has led four companies’ senior teams in strategic planning, developing plans and processes and coaching them in developing their people; and he has coordinated a railroad’s rolling stock capital, rebuild and maintenance programs.

Glenn Dorey | Partner

Bob Bradley

Bob Bradley has more than 15 years of experience in helping organizations improve their performance. He has worked in mining, forestry, oil and gas, nuclear energy, insurance, retail, tourism, and the public sector. His role in organizations has been to partner with leaders to focus people and processes to drive results.

Paul Clark

Paul’s achievements over the past 25 years are wide ranging. As an entrepreneur, he grew a successful manufacturing business that employed more than 250 people and posted $100 million in sales. As a consultant, he helped improve performance for major corporations in the automotive and telecommunications industries through cross-functional teams at all levels, from the boardroom to the shop floor. And as an educator, he taught high school math, physics, and chemistry as well as coaching hockey.

Catherine Hawkins | Office Manager
Home: North Vancouver, BC

Catherine has more than 20 years of experience in business and office management, advancing from Assistant to the Office Manager at Yorkton Securities to Retail Manager at Pharmasave, and most recently as an award-winning Customer Service Representative at RBC. She is also very active in community service as a volunteer working with children with learning disabilities at U.B.C. and for the Edgemont Community Policing Centre.

Duncan Kerr

Duncan is an operations executive and consultant with more 25 years of national and international experience, half of it in leadership roles in operations, sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain and capital projects. Duncan has served as Chief Operating Officer for large publicly traded companies and held a variety of executive positions in smaller private companies. As a project consultant, he has worked on merger integration, performance management and operations to safety, finance, HR, strategic planning and supply chain in the oil and gas, forestry, and pulp and paper industries.

Having worked equal amounts of time as an industry manager and a management consultant, he's a seasoned player as well as a veteran coach. Comfortable from shop floor to boardroom, Dave has a knack for developing teams that continually improve performance.

Rosie brings clients more than 35 years of experience in the leadership development field. She has worked extensively with leaders at every level, particularly in the mining, materials and minerals industry. A Ph.D. and author, Rosie founded and led two highly successful companies; the first focused on leadership development, the second on using leadership to transform organizations. Formerly an offshore engineer with Esso Australia, Ltd. she also served as Executive Director of Outward Bound Western Canada.
