Paul’s achievements over the past 25 years are wide ranging. As an entrepreneur, he grew a successful manufacturing business that employed more than 250 people and posted $100 million in sales. As a consultant, he helped improve performance for major corporations in the automotive and telecommunications industries through cross-functional teams at all levels, from the boardroom to the shop floor. And as an educator, he taught high school math, physics, and chemistry as well as coaching hockey.

She is also very active in community service as a volunteer working with children with learning disabilities at U.B.C. and for the Edgemont Community Policing Centre.

Duncan has served as Chief Operating Officer for large publicly traded companies and held a variety of executive positions in smaller private companies. As a project consultant, he has worked on merger integration, performance management and operations to safety, finance, HR, strategic planning and supply chain in the oil and gas, forestry, and pulp and paper industries.

Formerly an offshore engineer with Esso Australia, Ltd. she also served as Executive Director of Outward Bound Western Canada.
